I blame the horrible coloring on my scanner + limited colors + horrible coloring skills

Some parts of the outfit are supposed to be transparent, some others silver

Her name means blue song

She has silvery/white hair


I hope you like it (just ignore the coloring >-<, or imagine it's 10 times better )
